Germany and its Economic Fair play

In Germany, the government attempts to foster fair play between management and labour and they regulate the relationship between the capitalist participants in the market, particularly with regard competition and monopolies. Work councils have been established, and workers have representation on the board of businesses. Although the free markets operate in Germany, federal governments plays an important role in the economy. Germany has varied tax system, with taxes imposed at the national, state, and local levels. Germany has high comparison with other country when it comes to economic status, wherein, they have generous system of social services, tax rates on corporations, individuals, and goods and services. They also imposed equal tax revenues which are distributed from wealthier regions to less-prosperous ones.
